Ray: Managing Director

Ray has more than 20 years of project management experience and has run a variety of successful businesses.

Having started his working life as an Engineer at Bristol University, Ray moved into the computer industry, which was in its infancy, in the early 1970s, progressing to become Senior Field and Network Engineer. Project Management training enabled him to manage long term projects for clients as diverse as the Ministry of Defence, British Telecom and Essex County Council. More latterly, Ray has worked in the property development and interior fit-out industry.

Ray manages the high-level business strategy of ACC Contractors and has a hands-on role with some of ACC's long-term clients as well as taking part in new business negotiations.

Roger has been working in the interior fit-out industry for more than 20 years and has worked on several multi-million pound interior fit-out projects both in the UK and Continental Europe.

Roger is the primary point of contact for new business enquiries and is responsible for developing client relationships. Day-to-day, Roger's responsibilities include coordinating the project office, attending client meetings and overseeing specific projects with site visits as required.

Alex has spent the last decade working in the interior fit-out industry, servicing clients throughout the UK and Ireland.

As well as project managing mainstream client engagements, Alex maintains a very hands-on role as the interface between the management team and the installation teams.

Alex coordinates, and provides training to, ACC's team of installation staff and is responsible for quality control and signing off completed work.

Having spent several years in accounts, Katie is responsible for payroll, processing subcontractor payments and overseeing the administrative functions of the business.

With many years experience in customer-facing roles in the finance industry, Sue has changed the direction of her career to specialise in marketing and is responsible for promoting the company and targeting new clients as the company expands.
